Evenflo Company, Inc. Provided notification to NHTSA on October 7, 2005 that it will be undertaking a
voluntary recall applicable to a limited number of Tribute child restraint seats manufactured only between
September 8, 2005 and September 22, 2005 having model numbers beginning with the three digits "378" or "379".
Tribute child restraint seats manufactured during this time period may be susceptible to increased damage in
certain motor vehicle collisions due to a tooling related issue that has now been corrected.
The affected models are as follows:

- 3781522 - Tribute
- 3781575 - Tribute
- 3781580 - Tribute
- 3781610 - Tribute
- 3791098 - Tribute 5
- 3791582 - Tribute 5
- 3791686 - Tribute 5
- 3792098 - Tribute 5
