7th - March 20th 1998 bearing model numbers beginning with either 636
or 637 may fail to conform with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard
213. Testing revealed that the base of the seat can seperate from the
back of the seat. This separation can seriously affect the ability of
the child restraint to restrain the occupant.
