Playtex is voluntarily recalling about 33,000 Playtex Hip Hammock
and Playtex Deluxe Hip Hammock Child Carriers. The stiching in the shoulder strap area could
become undone, posing a falling hazard to infants.
No other Platex infant products are involved in this recall. Playtexis urging all parents and
caregivers to stop usingthe recalled carriers immediatley and return them, for a free replacement
carrier to:

You will receive a new Hip Hammock with the stitching problem corrected within one week
of receiving your returned recalled product. You will not be responsible for any postage costs.
