The plastic slider on the fabric strap can break. This can cause the strap supporting the carrier to release and
infants to fall out of the carrier.
The recalled carrier has a sewn-in label marked "Made in China" and was sold from July 24, 2006 through
February 2007.
Products labeled "Made in Thailand" or "New 2007 Design" are not affected by this recall.
Consumers should immediately stop using the carrier and return it to Infantino to receive a free
replacement product.
