In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Graco Children's Products Inc. (Graco)
is conducting a voluntary recall/corrective action program of the Graco Contempo high chair models 3800, 3803, 3804,
3805, 3810, and 3811 sold from December 2005 through December 2006. The highchair can collapse if it is not fully opened
and locked into place from the storage position prior to use. If the highchair collapses, a child occupying the highchair
can be injured. A free retrofit kit will become available with a custom designed cover that can be attached to the crossbrace
to prevent the highchair from collapsing.
