Placing Your Order
We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, postal mail, or email. All orders must be placed online.

Finding Items
Finding an item is easy. Choose a selection from the underlined left navigation options to access a category. In most cases, this will provide you with a more detailed list within that category. Selecting from one of these choices, you may get an even more detailed list or a product thumbnail page. From the product thumbnail page, clicking on any item title or thumbnail image will take you to the product detail page with available information, a larger product image, and an "Add to Cart" button.

You may also utilize the search box that is available in the upper left corner of every page throughout our site.

Viewing Items
To enlarge an image or see alternate views of a product, when available, click on the "Enlarge/Alternate View" link. To view the product in different colors, when available, click on one of the swatches below the main image. Selecting a color from the color drop down menu will also change the main image to the chosen color.

Shipping Times
The product detail page will also provide you with estimated shipping times for each item. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for actual delivery.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
While you are shopping, if you want to purchase an item, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. To buy more than one of any item, change the number in the quantity box.

Once you've added an item to your "Shopping Cart", you may either use the left navigation selections to continue shopping, or you may click the "Keep Shopping" button to return to the section you just visited. You may keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you wish to buy.

Viewing Your Cart
To view the contents of your "Shopping Cart", click the "View Cart" icon at the top right side of any page on our website.

Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your "Shopping Cart". If you decide that you don't want to buy a particular item, click the "remove" link underneath the quantity displayed on your "Shopping Cart" page. Buying an item at a later time will depend on product availability and you will need to place a new order. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your "Shopping Cart", click the "Checkout" button.

Checking Out
1) Shipping Address
To ensure a timely delivery, please take a moment to verify your shipping information.
To proceed, click the "Continue" button.

We cannot ship to a PO Box or to a military box (APO, FPO, or PSC). We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

If you are buying an item from a registry , you can ship to either your address or the registrant's address on file.

If your billing address is the same as your shipping address, please check the box. Also, your billing information must match your credit card billing statement name and address.

Once you have entered all of your information, click the "Continue" button.

2) Billing Address
Your billing address must match your credit card billing statement name and address.

On the billing address page you will need to enter an email address so that we may send you your order confirmation. You will also need to create a password. Keep your password in a safe place for the next time you wish to place an order. For your convenience, we will store the billing and shipping information you provided during your first order.

Once you have entered all of your information, click the "Continue" button.

3) Payment Information
Payment Methods We Accept
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, C.O.D., gift cards /certificates, shopping cards / store credits, or coupons. In store discounts and promotions are not valid online.
  • Once you have placed your order, we are unable to change credit card information for that order.
  • Your credit card will be charged when your order enters the shipping process. Your card provider will hold the necessary funds to fulfill the order through a pre-authorization process.
If you would like to save your credit card information for a future purchase, please check the box.

Please verify your payment information and click the "Continue" button.

4) Order Verification
Please check the accuracy of all the information you provided. To make any adjustments to your information, click the "edit" button next to your information. If you are satisfied with your order, click the "Submit Order" button.

Click the "Submit Order" button only once. Clicking this button multiple times may create duplicate orders that will be charged to your account.

Once received, your order is subject to review, pending credit approval and product availability.

6) Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, please print your "Order Confirmation" page. Please keep this for your records. This page has all the information necessary to help you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your order.

Changing Your Order
Once an order has been placed , no changes may be made to quantities, styles, colors, or sizes. Any price changes that occur after an order is confirmed will not change the order price.

Order Status and Tracking
To see your order status or tracking information, click "My Account" at the top of any page. Login with your email address and password. This will take you to the "My Account" page. Click "Order History" which will list the orders you have placed.

Your order(s) information will then appear on the screen. Click "View Order" to see details. Once your package / order has been shipped a tracking number will appear within 24 hours.

If your tracking number is provided, you may click on the "Track this Item" button to see the delivery status of your shipment.

When is your Credit Card Charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order enters the shipping process. Your card provider will hold the necessary funds to fulfill the order through a pre-authorization process.

We work hard to offer you everyday low prices and value on every item. After an order is confirmed, pricing changes will not affect your order. Price Matching
We will match prices charged by other major websites or competitors for regularly priced merchandise provided it is identical in brand, style, and color.

Price matching is subject to verification and approval. Some reasons why we may not match a competitor's price:
  • The competitor's product is not an exact match (identical in brand, style and color) with ours.
  • The competitor's total price (including shipping, handling, rebates, membership fees, taxes, etc.) is higher.
  • The competitor with the lower price does not have the item in stock.
  • The competitor's product is refurbished, reconditioned, or a floor model.
  • The product is a closeout or clearance item (at our store or our competitor's store).
  • The competitor is not authorized by the manufacturer.

We do not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single product or on large orders of many individual products online. However, you may contact your nearest store location, which may offer a discount on bulk orders.

Canceling an Order
  • Your order is placed once you have clicked the "Submit Order" button.
  • For orders already placed, you can request to cancel your order for an individual item or an entire order provided that the item or order has not yet entered the shipping process.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for any item or order that has already entered the shipping process (no exceptions).
  • An item/order may not update until the following business day, however it does not mean the item/order has not already entered the shipping process.

Problems with an Order
If there are any problems with your order, please read the information below to assist you with correcting your order.

To Check an Order
Please check your "Order Summary" which you can access from your "Order History" page. Please review the shipping times provided for each product. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please Contact Us and we will be happy to help you.

Missing Item
Check the packing slip that is included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, this will be indicated on your packing slip and you will not be assessed any shipping charges in addition to those you originally authorized.

Wrong Item

Lost Password
We cannot tell you your current password, but we can send you an email with a new password. Just go to "My Account" and click on "Forgot my Password". Once you have provided the requested information, we will email a temporary password to you. We recommend changing your temporary password once you have logged in to your account.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times:
  • For Standard Shipping, please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping time and allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
  • For orders placed using Express Shipping, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing, and an additional 2 business days for delivery.
  • Please refer to your order confirmation page for estimated shipping times.
How we calculate shipping
  • Each order is charged a base order charge ($4.95) plus additional fees based on the size and/or weight of the items ordered.
Standard Shipping (does not include Express Shipping or freight carrier services):
  • Standard Shipping is shipped via ground service.
  • Each order is charged a base order charge ($4.95) plus additional fees based on the size and/or weight of the items ordered.
  • Regular items are charged .59 per lb., which is rounded to the next highest pound.
  • If an item’s shipping measurement is 5,184 cubic inches* or greater, billable weight will be based on either the actual weight or dimensional weight of your UPS Ground package, whichever is greater.
  • If the actual weight is greater than 70 pounds, an additional handling charge ($6.00) will be applied.
  • Total shipping fees are shown in your shopping cart.
  • For Standard Shipping, estimated shipping times do not include delivery time, which may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
*Cubic inches are determined by multiplying the length by width by height (L x W x H). For UPS Domestic Ground Service, dimensional weight is calculated by dividing this number by 194.

Example 1 – item measuring less than 5,184 cubic inches:

   - Item shipping measurements – 30”L x 25”W x 5”H
   - Cubic inches: 3,750
   - Dimensional weight rating would not apply because the package measurement is less      than 5,184 cubic inches.
   - Shipping charges would be based on the actual weight of the item.

Example 2 – item measuring greater than 5,184 cubic inches:

   - Item shipping measurements – 22”L x 22”W x 22”H
   - Cubic inches: 10,648 divided by 194 = 55 (dimensional weight)
   - Dimensional weight rating would apply because the package measurement is greater      than 5,184 cubic inches.
   - Dimensional weight would be calculated: 10,648 divided by 194 = 55 (dimensional      weight)
   - Shipping charges would be based on either the dimensional weight or actual weight of      this item, whichever is greater.

Express Shipping:
  • Orders placed with Express Shipping will be charged a base charge of $4.95 plus an additional $1.99 per pound (rounded to the next highest pound).
  • When your order contains items that are being shipped both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping, you will only be charged one $4.95 base order charge.
Freight Carrier Shipping:
  • Freight Carrier items are delivered by truck and may require a scheduled delivery.
  • See your shopping cart page for your total shipping charge.
Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any Canadian or International addresses.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military (APO, FPO, PSC) boxes.
  • We do not deliver to penitentiaries.
Undeliverable Packages
  • Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable (see explanation below). When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less the shipping charges.
  • We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that we were not able to deliver, please place a new order on our website with a deliverable address.
  • If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please Contact Us.
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons
  • Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient usually returns the package to us. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. All UPS packages usually require a signature; however, it is generally up to the UPS driver's discretion to determine whether a signature will be required. If the driver believes it is best to obtain a signature but no one is present to accept the delivery, after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Orders shipped by freight carrier may have other conditions.
  • Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, the recipient may refuse the package if they believe it was sent in error. If you want to send a gift, we strongly suggest that you let the recipient know that a gift is on the way.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is now available for many of the items on our website. Items that are ordered with Express Shipping before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will usually ship by the next business day via Second Day shipping. Orders that are placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. For Express Shipping, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing and an additional 2 business days for delivery.

Return Policy
  • You may return online purchases within 30 days of receipt of your order for any reason.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Many of our vendor-fulfilled items (special orders) will need to be returned to the specified vendor.
  • We will refund your credit card for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 14 business days of receipt of your return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Merchandise returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Merchandise is not returnable if it has been assembled.
  • Due to health and sanitary reasons, swimsuits, breast pumps, and breast pump accessories are not returnable under any conditions.
  • Fabric sold by the yard is not returnable.
  • Some merchandise returns are subject to a restocking fee. This is stated on the individual product pages.
Returning an Item by Mail
  • To make a return by mail you need a Return ID number. To get a Return ID number, please Contact Us. If you're returning a gift, you will also need to include the order number and the purchaser's name.
We strongly recommend using UPS or other traceable shipping methods. When returning items by mail, we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in return shipping.

Returning an Item to a Store
  • If you would like to return an online purchase to a store, please Contact Us to receive a Return ID number.
  • You will need to present your Return ID number and packing slip at the time of the return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Many of our vendor-fulfilled items (special orders) can not be accepted at our store locations.
  • Customers returning an item to a store can make an exchange for any merchandise in the store or can be issued a store credit. Store credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item. Cash or Credit Card refunds are not available in stores.

Baby Registry
  • You may view and print your registry either online or in a store.
  • Registries created online can be modified online or in a store.
  • Registries created in a store can be modified online or in one of our Baby Depot locations.
  • Many items listed on a registry may be purchased online. These items will have a "Buy" button to the right of the items.
  • Some items can be purchased in store only. These items can be modified only from a store location.
  • In store registry changes may take up to 24 hours to appear online. Online registry changes take effect immediately.
  • If you purchase item(s) off of a registrants registry and wish to have the item(s) shipped to that registrant YOU MUST select the option to do so.
  • We ARE NOT responsible for orders being shipped to an un-intended address.
  • YOU as the purchaser have 3 options prior to hitting the "place order" button to confirm that the order is being shipped to the appropriate receiver of the gift(s).
