EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL

Burlington, NJ - September 29, 2006. Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation (together with its consolidated affiliates and subsidiaries, the "Company") announced today a conference call with management has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time to discuss the Company's results of operations for the fiscal year ended June 3, 2006.

The Company's annual reports on Form 10-K equivalent for the fiscal year ended June 3, 2006 are being provided to Bank of America N.A., as Administrative Agent of the Lenders under the Company's ABL Credit Agreement dated as of April 13, 2006, Bear Stearns Corporate Lending Inc., as Administrative Agent of the Lenders under the Company's Term Loan Credit Agreement dated as of April 13, 2006, and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee of the Note Holders under two separate indentures, each dated as of April 13, 2006, with respect to the Company's 11-1/8% Senior Notes due 2014 and 14-½% Senior Discount Notes due 2014, respectively.
