POSITION: Internal Auditor
DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct internal audits of various organizational & functional activities from risk-based prospectus
- Work closely with the various departments and external auditors to ensure that Sarbanes-Oxley and PCAOB requirements are fulfilled
- Maintain and update all procedural documentation
- Limited travel
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years in public accounting or internal audit
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Must be hands-on and detail oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
