POSITION: Customer Service/Card Support Representative
DESCRIPTION: The Customer Service/Card Support Representative will be responsible for handling in-bound calls from our customers
and stores to ensure the customer is being serviced in a polite and professional manner in order to resolve all customer issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a
tactful, problem solving, service oriented professional who wants to learn and grow within a solid organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving in-bound calls from our customers
- Researching/resolving the customer complaints
- Assisting stores in the processing of shopping card/gift card transactions by trouble shooting system error codes
- Researching transactions of shopping cards/gift cards for store and customers
QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for detail-oriented and computer literate (MS Office) individuals with excellent customer service
skills. Candidates for this position should have excellent presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of customer service
experience, a high school diploma, and possess a friendly, positive attitude. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must!
***Must be willing to work various nights and weekends***
Periodically you may be requested to perform other tasks outside of your position but are relative to Burlington Coat Factory business.
