POSITION: Facilities Administrative Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the facilities manager and the facilities coordinator, this position is
responsible for performing all administrative/clerical functions. The qualified candidate will also assist with dispatching maintenance services to our stores
through a network of established vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares required departmental spreadsheets, purchase orders, reports and correspondence
- Assists the facilities coordinator in dispatching vendors to stores for emergency service and preventative maintenance utilizing a network of pre-screened
vendors
- Organizes and maintains files
- Answers and screens incoming calls
- Opens and distributes mail
- Other projects and clerical functions, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as running reports, data entry, faxing and filing
- Excellent organizational, communication and follow through skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Oracle purchasing software application knowledge, a plus
