POSITION: Unemployment Benefits Administrator
DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare government reports related to EEO compliance or other HR functions
- Participate in benefits administration to include claim research and resolution
- Review the state claim notice immediately to determine validity of claim and provide information that would support the company’s position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Must be familiar with state unemployment benefits program to help keep costs down and improve the bottom line
- Must respond in a timely manner to the state’s notice of an unemployment claim.
- Ablity to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and individuals, both verbally and in writing
From time to time you may also be requested to perform other tasks not related to your current position, but in relation to Burlington Coat Factory business.

POSITION: File Clerk
DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Department is seeking a candidate to fulfill the following responsibilities:
General clerical duties to include, but not limited to, filing, copying, faxing, data entry, opening/sorting mail, and answering phones.
Will be required to work five days a week, flexible morning/afternoon hours.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate should be self motivated, detail oriented, able to work well with others, have strong
communication skills, be computer literate, and able to handle multiple tasks.
