Roadway Express is the consolidator for our Anchorage, Alaska store (# 167). All shipments to Anchorage, Alaska (store # 167) must be addressed and shipped as stated in this policy. Violation of the Alaska (store #167) shipping policy will result in freight charge back against the Vendor's account

NO DIRECT SHIPMENTS VIA UPS TO STORE #167: This causes unnecessary air freight expense.

Please ship all merchandise for store #167 at least fourteen (14 )days before the BCFW purchase order cancellation date. The BCFW purchase order cancellation date is the In Store date, NOT a Ship By date.

SMALL SHIPMENTS:
From 1-199 lbs. Ship via UPS consignee Billing Program with On-Line PLD (package level detail) c/o Roadway Express, the BCFW #167 consolidator.
All cartons must be addressed as listed below.

MEDIUM SHIPMENTS:
Over 200 lbs. Ship via Roadway Express direct to BCFW Store #167.

OVERSIZE CARTONS:
Cartons that measure over 130 inches of length + girth, or over 150 lbs. per carton, ship via Roadway Express direct to store #167.

The bill of lading for the shipment and all cartons must be addressed as listed below:

LARGE SHIPMENTS:
6000 lbs. and over, contact the BCFW Traffic Dept. for special routing instructions at (609) 387-7800 ext. 2281, 2283, 2284, 2295, 3050 and 3064.

NO AIR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS ARE PERMITTED, EXCEPT WHEN AUTHORIZED BY THE MERCHANDISE MANAGER ON THE SIGNED BCFW PURCHASE ORDER. BCFW WILL CONSIDER ALL VIOLATIONS OF OUR AIR FREIGHT POLICY AS AN ASSUMPTION OF ALL FREIGHT COSTS BY THE VENDOR.
