Layaway Policy
- 60 day layaway (Baby Depot 90 Days. See store for details)
- 20% deposit at purchase. Additional 20% payment due within 14 days. Final payment due on pick up.
- $1.00 service charge.
- Layaways must be picked up within 60 days or merchandise will be returned to stock.
- You may cancel within 7 days for a refund of amounts paid. Refunds will be issued from the Corporate Office for applicable cash or credit. If you default or cancel after 7 days, we may retain the lesser of 10% of the layaway price or the total amount you have paid. All deposit refunds issued after 7 days will be gift card only.
- You acknowledge receipt of merchandise on final payment.
- Layaway fees are not refundable on return merchandise. You will receive a copy of this agreement signed by seller.
