Layaway Policy
- 30 day layaway
- 25% deposit at purchase. Additional 25% payment due within 14 days. Final payment due on pick up.
- Layaways must be picked up within 30 days or merchandise will be returned to stock.
- You may cancel this layaway within 7 days and receive a full refund of all amounts paid in. If you default or cancel after 7 days, seller may retain the lesser of 10% of the layaway price or the total amount you have paid.
- You acknowledge receipt of merchandise on final payment.
- Layaway service fees are not refundable on return merchandise. You will receive a copy of this agreement signed by seller.
